Well I can only lift 3 days a week in the mornings Tues,Wed,and Fri im trying to do 2 days of muscle endurance, and 1 day of strength training. But its kinda hard to fit in strength because I train Tuesdays for conditioning, and muscle endurance, and it prob wouldent be a good idea to do strength training the next day after I did conditioning. So what do you guys think I should do? Im just trying to become a better mma fighter, never really did much strength training before till now,and im trying to balance it all out.

I am confused too.

I want to be better MMA fighter = train MMA more.

I want to get stronger = lift heavy stuff

I want to improve my muscular endurance = do muscular endurance training.

It is quite redundant asking us what YOU should do. How do we know how much your body can cope with? How fast your recovery is? Do you have a physically demanding job? Do you sit at a desk all day? Do you eat properly?

Well right now im not working,im training basically 3 times a day. I get plenty of technique as far as fighting goes and my cardio is fine, but now I want to focus more on strength, and muscle endurance to be the best I can. I never really did much weights before, and I can only do weights 3 times a week. A friend told me I should train muscular endurance twice a week, and strength once a week.

But the problem is I can only lift Tuesdays,Wednesdays, and fridays. Would it be bad to work muscle endurance tuesday, then work strength the next day on wednesday? Cause I cant work muscle endurance 2 days in a row,and im just trying to find the best way to do this.

define muscular endurance

and define your strength training

Probably a good place to start.

Oh and get a job too unless you are a millionaire, in which case give me some money please? pretty please?

Lol well right now ive been doing the grappling curcuit the randy couture workout gonna change it up a bit soon. As far as my strength training,im doing squats, dead lifts, push press, power cleans, and bench basically really basic stuff. But you see I do squats cleans, and dead lifts on my endurance day, which is the day before I do my strength training. So was wondering if that's a bad idea? Ive always been told not to work the same muscle groups the next day, but im kinda forced to in this situation cause I can only lift on those days. What do you think I should do? I just want to become stronger be more explosive and not gas myself out lol and not over train.

i think you should def take some time and think about how you write your questions and whatnot since its hard to read i think many lazy ppls r gunna skip it also i cant understand a single thing maybe its just me but even when i tried to read it i was like whats endurance day and why is deadlifts on there even becuz deadlifts are strength training not endurance but strength u know?
