Somchai Hand Wraps Issues?

Hello all, has anyone else had any issues with ordering hand wraps from Somchai Muay Thai and MMA Gear ?

I ordered two pairs all the way back in October and have gotten no feedback at all and the owner of the website has yet to respond on any details for refunding me my money.

I am by no means knocking the wraps, but I'm worried I got scammed out of $16.
 
Call your Credit Card company or your Bank if you used an ATM/CC and report this violation. Hopefully, you saved all of the emails...it will take about 2 weeks for a full refund. If you are really upset or they fight the issues report them to the BBB.
 
I just ordered these wraps towards the end of Dec 2011 but I didn't order through the website. I found them on Ebay and bought 4 sets. Got them in a couple of weeks. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with their site.

Seriously? I just ordered 10 pair a few days ago! Damn...
 
i think the owner is the guy from pakmma (pakistan mma). you might want to look him up on here and email or pm him you might get his attention this way. but yeah that's along time just call your visa get investigate.

Thanks for letting me know you guys. I am really sorry about this. This shouldn't be happening but the reason it is, is that while I live in Pakistan at the moment all my stuff is in my parents home in VA. I let them know that an order comes in and they deliver it. Since' I been so busy here Somchai has been on the back burner for the past year and even 1-2 months go by without orders. I have had problems getting emails through the website. It will get fixed soon. Just in case you can email me directly at [email protected].

I am so glad I saw this especially since Binjin ordered ten pairs!

Will make it up to you. Please let me know about what you think of the wraps and out of curiosity how did you hear about us? What did you search?

Please resend your address to the email [email protected] and I will get you your stuff mailed out plus some extra for waiting so patiently.
 
Since I am not there personally to check, it seems the shipping is 29 USD. Too much. If you ever go to Thailand you can pick them up in Chiang Mai.

Hey I just ordered some Somchai wraps from the website and then saw this thread. Are there still problems with orders? thanks
 
Has anyone been able to order wraps recently? The website wont allow me to buy wraps for some reason.
