the ones in cali were overrated as hell. sure the quality of the xiao long bao skins is thinner and thus more technical, the price of it is not worth it

Figures. I went to one in TST in Hong Kong, which had a Michelin star, and it still wasn't as good as the one I went to in Taipei. Gonna save all my xlb eating for Taipei.
