With the natural order restored at lightweight, who should Khabib fight next?

So of course Conor is the most logical and would be the biggest fight but what if that fight can’t be made after recent events? He could get suspended, jail time, reprimanded by the UFC, etc. So if Conor is unavailable who should he fight next?

I say Eddie Alvarez or the Gaethje/Poirier winner. Either way he’s not gonna have a threat for awhile.

Time for a real test

I feel bad for whoever it is, if they show up on fight night, that is

The way things are going Nate Diaz

Obviously Justin Gaethje or Dustin Poirier.

Forget Conor. I have no interest in watching him anymore. I think the next choice will still be Max Holloway on a full camp. I see him moving up after Ortega win/or lose.

I predict Max Holloway who wants to move up eventually fights Khabib next. Full fight camp and after seeing Khabibs striking and Max's TD defense no doubt in my mind HE believes he is able to beat Khabib.

After Ortega of course. Win or lose he moves up to fight the Eagle

It's gotta be Tony. Still the best and the most intriguing LW matchup to make.

conrad macgregor in september

GSP,
November,
MSG.

Ramadan and injuries that keep him out for two years.

I'd love to see khabib vs Woodley. Real champ champ in the making.
