If he has no intention of ever defending the belt and would rather promote a fantasy boxing match. Even if he fought mayweather it would be within a year from now.

We hate it when other fighters get injured and not defend their belts, why does mcgregor get a pass when he CHOOSES not to defend his belt?

UFC continuing show itself as a psuedosport again.

Why strip him? He generates more money for the company as an inactive fighter than the rest of the FW roster combined.

I'd say that I hope he doesn't, because in my ideal world, he'd fight Nate and then he'd return to 145 to fight Frankie Edgar.

But I think that's very unlikely.

UFC will probably let their farce linger for quite awhile.

When We found out my wife had celiac's disease, it was a definite game changer. It's so tough to find stuff to eat, especially when eating out. Tonight, we're having Udi's lasagna. Gluten free! At home! Lasagna!!!

Pasta life, son. Life is good.

Eating pasta is what got you there in there first place.

If either of you do forced marches w/ the Homan army, please disregard my comment.

Probably immediately if Frankie wins the Interim.

Connie doesn't want to be Frankie's grappling dummy.

Try making your own lasagne sheets using buckwheat and rice flour... It's much easier than you think, and you can use whatever type of ragu you want!

Thx man! She wants that bitch-ass pasta attachment for the kitchen aid mixer, but the damn thing is $250! Is there a ghetto way that works better for my wallet?

Yes fool! By a hand crank version for $30. Should clamp right on to you counter-top.

Absolutely - just mix the egg and flour in a a bowl then knead the dough out on the table, wrap it and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes, then when it's nice and firm cut a piece off and roll it nice and thin on a table - make sure you use plenty flour on the table so it doesn't stick then trim it with a knife...

If you want to make shapes or long pasta then you need a machine to roll it out, but get an Imperia one, like a roller for clothes - Imperia - accept no substitutes... Should be around £50, and it comes with the tagliatelle attachment and makes way better pasta than the machine version but without the gluten it's really difficult to get it to stick together if you're doing anything that requires shaping rather than making lasagne sheets... 100g flour mix for every egg you use.

Been a pasta chef for 15 years... Trained in Italy. My one claim in life that doesn't involve me going to hell.
