I don't like Daniel Craig as Bond.

I can understand people who have grown up in the special effects driven movies of the last 30 years not liking the original Bond movies as the special effects weren't very good in the 60s and the Bond gadgets probably seem pretty lame.

I’ve done the same. Loved all of them in their own way. Maybe James Bond isn’t for you. I mean, from russia with love is top 10 maybe top 5 for me.

Bond movies go from bad to good to bad to good a few times. I liked From Russia with Love.

All of Connery’s have a bit of camp to them, it gets worse with Roger Moore.
I did really like Live and Let Die, Man with the Golden Gun and A View To a Kill. Most of the rest of Moore’s were just too campy.

Daltons are all good.
Brosnan starts off great with Goldeneye, easily one of the best Bond movies. His next three range from forgettable to fun but campy and absurd. Die Another Day I loved but was nearly Roger Moore level and had a few super absurd scenes in it.

Uh, all Craig did was make James Bond into Jason Bourne.

He lost everything else that made bond bond.

He revamped the franchise, with the help of Pierce. If the Bond character stayed on the same lines, it would've ended up as a watered down Kingsman franchise.

I can't see Bond going back to the old ways, and with the whole progressive push, I don't think it ever will.

Yikes, if you don't like it by now... forget the Sean Connery era. Though I'd try the next and best Sean Bond movie.. Goldfinger.

If not, jump to the next Bond 1969s on her majestys secret service (whatever), by the guy who played bond once.

If not enjoyed, jump to Roger Moore bond and 1973s Live and Let Die.

IMO Martin Campbell is the GOAT Bond director.

He made Goldeneye and Casino Royale. He's the best at making fun action movies, but within reason. Other directors were either too dark or too over the top.
