I think Bigfoot has a very good chance of beating Reem, so why discuss it?
Because I'm pretty sure he would have to also beat JDS in order to get a shitle tot.

I personally think Reem is too slow to be able to use them effectively.
Overeem is an absolute BEAST in the clinch, which is the biggest problem I see for Cain. He won't want to shoot in from outside on Overeem for fear of the knee, so he'll attempt to close the gap and use clinch work to transition to a takedown. Not very smart against a big strong guy like Overeem who has a penchant for throwing knees with purpose in the clinch.
not even championship rounds.Pretty much. Cain will have a much harder time pressuring Overeem simply because of how good he is inside with his Thai clinch and knees. And even if it does go to the ground, Overeem's more dangerous with submissions than JDS.
Reem's gas tank is a problem though, so if Cain can push it into the Championship rounds his chances shoot up tremendously.

He has 99 problems but JDS ain't one.
But Overeem is, so what do you think?
The only advantage I see Overeem having over Cain is his strength. Overeem's K1 kickboxing doesn't really transition over too well in MMA since he has to worry about the takedown (see the Werdum fight).
