Really depends on what happens, could get 2 years if they decide to not cut him any slack at all. I really doubt they give him 4 no matter what. If his appeal works and his manager is able to somehow prove he didnt do shit intentionally like he did with romero, he could end up getting 6 months like yoel or a year.
