From what we can see it looks like Holland's Shoulder/Bicep slammed into his Neck/Collar Bone area upon impact, pretty bizarre way to end a fight to be honest.

Good Fight IQ displayed by Holland though, threw the guy off with Wrestling whilst advertising himself as a Striker.

Look at how the ref didn't want the dude to move after the fight was stopped. Dude was just laying there not really moving his right shoulder. Wonder if it was like a collar bone injury or some kind of break from the slam. Or as someone said, maybe a 'stinger'. Was really wanting to see the fight standing as dude had some slick strikes while it lasted.
