Dana wanted it
Amanda wanted it
Cyborg finally said she’d do it.

I had a theory that Amanda didn’t want it and only said so because Cyborg clearly stated she doesn’t want to fight her. Once Cyborg agreed Amanda would pull

Yeah. Wtf? More than half of sherdog has no idea who the other chick is.

Obviously we been had and Nunes is fighting Pennington

Cyborg said she will not fight Nunes now as she wants to build FW and not to fight fat BW as usual, 1month after there's announcment that she will fight fat BW again, so do the math.

The biggest WMMA fight they can make is Cyborg vs Nunes. Why they would make anything else is beyond me.

Stick to keeping champs in there own divisions, this “money” fight mentality has gone crazy.

The UFC can't put together cards for shit so once again they were left scrambling for a main event at the last minute and had to stick Cyborg on 222.

She was supposed to fight Nunes at 224.

UFC was just hoping that no one noticed it wasn’t happening.

mystic UL believes that ugly girl 2 (nunes) didn't really want the fight and was just saying it

cyborg would have crushed her and so would have the Brazilian crowd

There are no contenders at 145 and Pennington is the only fight left for Nunes, so no divisions were held hostage. It was clearly the easiest super fight to make in the whole UFC.

They realised there would be too much sex appeal in one cage and scrapped it. They want people to take wmma seriously, not to masturbate to fights. This fight only would've made things worse.

Cyborg has no balls to Nunes, that's what happened. Not literally.

Another can fight for the 'greatest female MMA practitioner'. She's such a frigging joke.

The same story as Ronda vs Cyborg and GDR vs Cyborg

Cyborg got ducked

It's an empty division, so opponents for Cyborg pretty much have to come from outside of the UFC. And those people who don't know a woman who headlined two Invicta FC events... who are they gonna know?

Last year Cyborg turned down the title fight at 208 because the UFC only gave her 10 weeks notice, she said she needs 12 weeks notice to make weight. Wonder what happened that enabled her to take this short notice scrap. Perhaps the Cyborg apologists could explain, anyone?
