Yea he got married 1-2 months before they taped the show.

His unwillingness to go into detail and him making comments like its "100% my fault" "promise me you won't divorce me" etc.. makes me fairly confident he cheated or was actively cheating and when he left for the show his side bitch told the wife.
 
They shouldn't have let him return to the show then. At least he lost. Shoulda stuck to the game plan.
 
I know it's naive to say "it seems obvious to me" based on reality tv show editing, but it seems obvious he cheated on her.... Which is why it seems so strange that he seems to be getting so much sympathy from the cast, coaches, editing, Dana... But seems like the only reasonable explanation

That's a lesson I think some of us have to learn the hard way. Thank goodness I've never had to.
 
On the first episode this season he was all saying how much he cared for his wife and they showed them eating together. Kind of funny edit to show that as we get to meet him.

Maybe he does really care for his wife but is impulsive and cannot stick to a plan. It didn't look like he was able to stick to the plan during the fight either.
 
This guy was a boxer and looked to grapple all fight. Glad he lost, but it was confusing.
 
haha yeah that was confusing as f+ck. I cannot comprehend how such a huge change in his mind happens. A freakin boxer. He had him in stand up and the guy was willing to trade but no,he grapples

and id be very surprised if he cheated on his wife only being married for little while. Thats just nasty. It was probably a bit more complicated.

Poor Aziz just can't stay committed to marriage or a game plan.
 
Since they were only married for a couple months, I'd say details of his bachelor party eventually leaked. She probably told him no women and he said 'yes, dear. i'd never', and then she found out there was a stripper there or even something petty like an ex girlfriend in attendance. I don't think it was cheating. Probably just association with women, and then the lie so that she wouldn't flip out. That's the most likely, in my opinion.
 
I think its actually about the money. His wife kinda looks like a gold digger, in the first episode she seemed pretty cold interacting with him. Looks like she is in pretty much because of the money or something like that, maybe guy has a wealthy family.

My guess is he blew a lot of money on something, she was mad and didn't have for her shopping. He told her there is more money (probably took some from his family) so she is happy now.
