I doubt Obama will "blame Muslims" and so far he isn't willing to say it was "Isis" so much as a lone wolf who loosely associated himself with the group, so he isn't blaming Isis.

So that's 0-2. But I do imagine their will be some sympathy for homosexuals given they were the target of persecution. Though if the govt has a "homosexual agenda" it would be hard for me to A) determine the purpose of the "agenda and B) see why they would need a conspiracy to slaughter 50 to gain empathy and acceptance of homosexuality given that it is widely accepted morally and legally already.
