Starting with UFC 236 (you know why) on AD Sports HD2
So they're really going to Abu Dhabi.
Super against it, but UFC, WWE and most companies are the same way. Won't say no to money, even filthy, oily blood money.
It's combat sports so it's all blood money really
Colby should headline the first Abu Dabi event. I actually like the guy but I wanna see if he has the balls to do the same gimmick in the UAE
What is "Things pretentious 14 year old atheists say." Alex!
y'all must've forgot UFC 112
plus sherdoggers finally get what they want: a card with no WMMA
they should have a mod specialized in banning ppl who turn MMA threads into religious & political wars
Alt right cucks get triggered every now and then. Any mention of Arab, Muslim, Jew sets them off.
It's mostly atheists that wanna show everyone how superior they are compared to non-atheists
Just like WWE, the UFC is looking for that sweet arabian, blood oil money and given that Khabib is muslim it's an interesting take with that deal. Khabib could be a draw for an entire new market who is possibly more profitable in the long run.
Last event in abu dhabi was Nelson vs big nog in 2014
this is not a sign - it was with ad sports until 2 years ago and it was with OSN in this region until now. but still it might be
gotta be the worst poster ever
OSN has dropped all of its sports content except for cricket
You can't really blame the UFC. I'm sure they are getting paid a nice sum for just showing up.
More money then they'd get heading to LA or whatever for the 20th time.
I think in the Khabib fight they will host that in football stadium. Alot of people will fly from Europe and Asia. Mainly Russia, West Europe and Far East. It's alot easier to get to UAE due to it's central geo-location where as it's difficult for us Europeans to cross the atlantic ocean. UAE is already a multi cultured country and buzzing with tourists and have already around 80% Expats from around the World.
They can easily sell out 70k Stadium and most will fly in from different countries to attend such a high level UFC fight. It's rare such an event comes into that area. It's gonna be a big occasion
y'all must've forgotten that UAE's Flash Entertainment owned 10% of the UFC
It's ironic because that is the kind of mindless retort a theist would resort to.
