Because Cyborg deserves not consideration. She has been involved with altering scales to fight a Japanese girl. She does PEDS, she is dishonest. If she would have kept her nose clean she would have already had the fight she wants with Ronda by her own admission.

She could have had the fight years ago.

She doesn't get special treatment after her history. I think she should have been permanently banned for scale gate.
