Perhaps we learnt that Jon Jones would have rag-dolled Hendo at UFC 151 if the fight went through.

I personally think Hendo would have been taken down and hellbowed badly.

I think that then unfortunate injury ended up prolonging his career. People would have called for him to retire if he was brutalized by Jon... just like they did when Vitor dropped him.

What a stud Hendo is though, still managing to hang out with the best in the world at his age.

Henderson had a small chance if Jones did stay in the pocket with him, albeit that would be his only chance. Jones is too intelligent and well-rounded as a fighter.

I'm surprised at this point if Mousasi doesn't win this upcoming fight. Just stay out of the pocket and wait for Henderson to gas, works like 9/10 times.

That would have been one of the most one-sided title fights in UFC history.

yep--pretty hard to deny that would've been Hendo's fate.

Although I have to believe that the person who has the best chance of dethroning Bones at this point is a specialist that has a world-ending weapon (ie H-Bomb, Werdum's sumbissions, Palhares leg-lock/heel-hook, etc). The most trouble Bones has ever been in was Vitor's armbar.

It just seems like Bones is too well-rounded and too gifted for other well-rounded and gifted fighters.

I even thought Gus won the first fight--just don't see Gus doing it again.

Bones given his attitude may opt to just elbow Hendo into a tko compared to Cormier who opted for a submission.

Nah

Obviously Hendo via h bomb

LOL Who thought Hendo has a chance against DC?

Hendo lost to Jake Shields!

Love Dan but his style is basic and straight ahead very rudimentary for a guy like Jones.
