So, it's about Eddie, not Conor?

I'm sure he does...Conor is an obvious payday, be dumb not to ask for big money

He should get the higher pay since he is the champ and Connie would be the challenger.

That's all well and good until Conor goes off to do something else and you're left pulling a 180k PPV against someone that nobody cares about.

I want 10 million too!!! WAAAAH

Get's a couple hundred thousand with a shit PPV and complains about pay.

He'll end up getting rag dolled by Khabib for peanuts.

They wouldn't take Conor off the card but keep Eddie if that was the case.

Timing is everything in fighting. Alvarez is champ because he was the right guy in the right place.

His record is padded by a bunch of split decision wins that could easily have gone the other way (similar to J.Hendricks). I'm already bored of him. Luckily, he can lose anyone in the top 10, & maybe others

be careful eddie. remember what happened to RDA?

went from a mutli-milion dollar payday to fighting some bum on fight pass card with a 700k gate in front of 7000 people and getting KTFO.

Connie wants this fight because he actually has a chance of beating Eddie. Kbib...not so much. Bye Bye LW belt. Better go on that diet.

You know what, to get paid well against McGregor Nate Diaz had to create a video on youtube that got over a million views. What has Eddie Alvarez ever done to get noticed by the mainstream?

People thinking the UFC needs Conor and Conor doesn't need the UFC are idiots.

Viacom ain't spending the same money on him. If he ever walks over money, the show still goes on. He goes to the minors. If I was Eddie I'd force both their hands and make it clear; he's holding the cards. It's the belt he has that Conor and the UFC want. It's the legitimacy beating him brings they're paying for.

He should make it easy: if Conor wants to fight him, the price is millions. Otherwise pay him what he normally makes and give him a guy actually at LW. He's not refusing anything, he's telling them how much his legitimacy is worth right now.

Eddie could probably retire off the PPV points from fighting Conor.

It has to be Conor asking for more. And rightfully so.

He broke every record in the book and then came back 5 months later to do it again.

He should be earning high 8 figures at the very least. He generates the most watched / covered MMA events in the sports history.
