How about we call them… massive-weight-manipulators- that-choose-to-not-fight-people-closer-to-them-in-size.

I'm not sure.

But if the term 'weight bully' could die I think we'd all be better off.
I can reasonably see it for cases like 170 Michel Pereira and 185 Alex Pereira

But the irony of the "Dagestani weight bully" narrative is that Khabib was not a sophisticated weight cutter, was similar in weight to his opponents, and in the case of Islam, his fight weight was substantially less than that of Renato Moicano, who he ran through in the first round

The whole weight bully thing is funny because fans just throw it out there so arbitrarily. Islam’s apparently a weight bully but when Pereira was cutting an absurd amount of weight to make 185 all those same people praised him for it.
