So if Conor ever stopped screwing around and finally defended the FW belt...

Aldo vs Conor part deux

I don't see Conor ever dropping to 145 again, but if he does, I think Conor wins again, but not as fast as last time.

I think Aldo wins a rematch but Conor will always have that power at FW to turn someone's lights out.

I can't see Aldo fighting without too much emotion.
Not good if you want to win.

Conor's psychological advantage may be too much for him.

Honestly no clue. Want to say Also but he's never fought a striker like Connor. I'd like this fight to happen so we can know for sure.

I think Aldo wins by using his grappling, but he might be in danger late because he has been known to fade in the later rounds

So you think Conor's best is better than Aldo's best?

Against each other, yes.

You could make a case that Aldo is still the best FW in the world but I don't think he beats Conor.

But Conor is more likely to lose to Edgar.

Howdy Clips, glad you remembered.

Let's see. To answer @NickN's question...

There have been 24 draws in the history of the UFC.

That includes...
9 Majority Draws
6 Split Draws
3 Unanimous Draws
6 Draws simply listed as Draws

That accounts for draws being .6% of all fights held by the UFC. In other words, there's a draw every 158 fights, mathematically speaking.

As for draws in "important" fights meaning championships, tournaments, etc:

UFC 5 - Shamrock vs Gracie 2 - For the UFC Superfight Championship
UFC 6 - Shamrock vs Taktarov - For the UFC Superfight Championship
UFC 41 - BJ Penn vs Caol Uno - For the UFC Lightweight Championship
UFC 125 - Edgar vs Maynard 2 - For the UFC Lightweight Championship
UFC on FX 2 - Johnson vs McCall - For the UFC Flyweight Tournament Championship - there was supposed to be a fourth round but they blew it
UFC Fight Night 33 - Hunt vs Silva - Not for a belt, just an awesome fight, and Silva tested positive for elevated testosterone so it was a Draw for Hunt and an NC for Silva
UFC Fight Night 75 - Hirota vs Ishihara - For the Road to UFC: Japan FW Final - there was also supposed to be a fourth round but again they blew it

I somehow thought there was more than that.

Guess that makes me adding "tie" to the poll pointless afterall :p

well that clears that up, thanks for the information.

So you think Conor's best is better than Aldo's best?

Right.

The guy who has how many title defenses?

Vs. the guy who has 0 title defenses.

Too many Conor nuthuggers put too much stock in a fucking fluke victory.

Bullshit, if it was Aldo who knocked McGregor out then you wouldn't be calling it a fluke even though Aldo isn't a knockout guy. McGregor figured Aldo out in the first exchange and I'm not even a McGregor fan.
