Got first place in one division and a hairline fracture in my foot, a broken toe and an ankle sprain in the other division and can't train for at least 3 weeks.

What do I do to stop myself from going crazy in these 3 weeks?

Heal up and stay off your foot. Hairlines can open up again real easy so don't rush back into training too soon. You enjoyed your first competition stay healthy so you can have more.

Read Leon's thread and be happy it's only a few weeks.

Ow. Only 3 weeks, I'd count myself lucky. Congrats on the win, take the full time recommended by your doc to heal up, then get back to training refreshed and ready to hit it hard with a hunger that really only comes from forced time away.

Sorry to hear about the foot/ankle.

Congradulations about your wins... Even better it's your first tournament.

So how about the details. Weight class, number of guys in your class, how many matches, how'd you win? points or submission...

    Got a video???
