I don't recall an official announcement from UFC.

Not sure why Jack is taking this fight, teh Chris isn't even ranked anymore. Maybe he just wants the name on the resume. Even though i feel jack is likely to win he should be fighting someone ranked at this point.

Why won't Weidman just take an easy fight for once. lmao
 
Good fight for Jack, he's coming off of a loss and having a former champion on his resume would do him good
 
Maybe Chris thinks it'll be a ground fight, in which case he'd have a shot. But... the fuck, man. Is he glutton for punishment? What is his family thinking? Unless he really needs dough, just quit this shit.
 
man weidman needs a guy under top 10 thats his issue he hasnt had a decent comeback fight to get his confidence back guess due to being the mw champ so long it shard for ufc to do that to him its sad cause skill wise weidman to me is the most technical fighter in ufc at 185 nobody has the wrestling bjj and boxing offense that he does.

weidmans striking defense is his issue and being flat footed he has developed good offense last few years shown in his fight vs jacare but he just has horrible defense and romeros flying knee i feel ruined his chin which is more of a reason that weidman needs to work his defense much more

Hard to say, it’s such a crazy thing. I think we’ll be fine by May but who knows?
 
Cris is one of those guys who record doesn’t indicate his skill level, IMO. He’s had nothing but killers and has a good showing until getting caught. That being said, he’s not getting any younger and has been KO’d quite a few times recently.

I just cannot see Chris beating anyone really these days, he's had such a run of losses, that has to damage his confidence in his mental ability to win. Hermansson is no joke, he's kinda low-key, but......right now gotta go with Jack.

ps. whats the point of making fights when we don't even know when card's can be put together etc?!?

This is the fight I wanted for Chris before this fight was announced. This fight is a great fight for Weidman. Weidman at 80 percent should take this fight against Jack.

My boy got knocked out in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Now looking for another KO loss in 2020.
