Around wanting something to create more of a crank than a choke? If so then I agree because usually it seems like people want to go the other direction.

If I think about it though I sort of get it. Sometimes people have deep set carotids or it is difficult to trigger that vagus nerve response. In some rare cases I think creating a neck crank can at least get them to tap from the pain and is just easier and faster.
 
I have thought about this choke for a while, but never actually tried it. Cool submission though - looks pretty brutal.
