We've been down this road before...

There are a lot of variables and potential variables here. Can they authenticate that it's R. Kelly in the video? Can they identify the girl? How old is she now? How old is she at the time of the video? Can they conclusively find the time frame for when the video was made? If this girl is over 18 now and says she was a consenting adult who was role playing and they can't prove otherwise, they've basically got nothing. It wouldn't even be subject to laws around obscenity and file keeping requirements for porn because it wasn't commercially produced or distributed by Kelly. The last time around, R. Kelly was able to create reasonable doubt about whether it was him in the video, whether it was the girl they claimed it was in the video, how old she was in the video if it was even her, etc. Maybe they've finally got him now, but I wouldn't be too sure. He's a slippery son of a bitch with the best lawyers and hard to get a jury, especially in Chicago, to convict.

I wanna say yes cause you sound like a whiney woman but no I dont know much about it except an adult woman gave him oral when he was 9? He was abused as a child and turned into a monster because of it. Very sad.

FWIW the reporter who disclosed this was allowed to watch the video. She said the room is well lit and it is clear to her it is R.Kelly. It is also clear the girl looks very young. It is also clear at one point that R.Kelly says to her is going to f*ck that 14 year old pussy and she replies back yes he should f*ck her 14 year old pussy. it is also clear they then fuck.

I actually find that 2nd last part a little strange even though such awkward sex talk is sometimes done. But it could also be that for whatever strange reason he was trying to cultivate this image of him flouting the law and banging underage chicks (as some of his videos suggest) and therefore he got himself a young LOOKING girl and wanted to convince who ever this video was aimed at that she was 14.

Why was a reporter allowed to view the tape. Who showed it to him. Why hasnt the reporter and person who showed him the tape been arrested for spreading child porn.

Because someone wanted a reporter to see it.

That is often a good way to protect material utilized by 'leakers' or others to ensure there is someone who can verify it if needed.

I read another story that claim a lawyer gave it to the police. So did the guy make copies and spreading it. That should be a crime and not shure why isn't it. If I had you had a sex tape with a child and gave it to your friends to watch, you should be arrested. Shouldn't you?

That's literally what didn't happen.

Someone told a reporter that another video exists, allowed the reporter to watch it in the company of an attorney, then the attorney gave it to the police. there are no copies. the reporter was allowed to watch in the event, that like the last trial, the prosecutor pretended it didn't provide enough evidence.

this is an attempt to make sure the charges stick and that if he beats the charges again, the public knows it's true. for the last remaining 3 people on earth that are pretending it's not. any politician or prosecutor that pretends that a conviction isn't possible can kiss their career goodbye.
