So Bigfoot and Hendo fights really were early stoppages

He came out the next round throwing accurate flying knees and headkicks. Fedor could come back from death and still win.

Except he didn't win that fight just now. It should've been a draw.

If Maldonado was Russian and Fedor Brazilian, the fight would have been stopped in the first round.

I don't think Bigfoot and Hendo would've just stood against the fence for the last 10 minutes though

If this was a real fight, Fedor would've still won.

Glad the ref didn't interfere with Fedor's toughness.

Man I'm a Fedor fan but let's be real, this was not a win. It was painful to watch. The man is a warrior, no doubt about it.

The only way to stop him is to melt him.

If this was a real fight, it would not have ended after 15 minutes. Great argument.

Don't get your point. It's still closer to a real fight without ref interruption in round 1.

You can't use one fight to predict the outcome of others.

But you can use it to evaluate Fedor's toughness and ability to come back from the brink of defeat. Fedor looked just as "done" in this fight as he did in Hendo and Bigfoot fights, yet because an official did not intervene, Fedor - on the merit of his own toughness - showed that the fight was indeed far from over.

Herb Dean would've stopped the fight the moment Fedor dropped

The Hendo fight was early that will always be fact to me. If one eye is completely shut I can sorta understand though.

Fedor was out against Hendo. It was clear as day that he went limp and therefore it was a justified stoppage. Hendo would have annihilated him had it gone any further because Hendo isn't Fabio, who does not have much power and was not aggressive enough. He hurt Fedor and Glover with well timed counters but otherwise does not generate the type of power Hendo does. If he did we'd be talking about Fabio's first round KO win, but alas, we are not.

I've no problem with how the decision played out but I certainly think the fight should have been stopped in the first. Unquestionably. Fedor might have taken some serious damage tonight.

My point is, you're using a street fight as a measuring stick. Well, street fights end when someone gets KO'd or gives up, which didn't happen.
To say Fedor won this fight, even without looking at the scorecards, is wrong when you're using "the rules" of a street fight as an indicator.
