So about monthly progresses..........

I know everyone is different and will make different progresses, but.................

I would like your opinion on what a good progress each month should be.........on average.

Specifically squats. How about your own standards? Like how much you try to gain on the lifts each month.



I started squatting not too long ago and I'm looking toward gaining around 15 to 10 pounds each month.

Seem reasonable to you guys?

Discuss freely about progresses and gains.
 
Up until about march I was stuck at the same damn weight in squats.
Did some variants and for a good 3 months managed to go up 1.25kg a week. Now that was good (thats like 17.5 kg in 3 months).

Usually for me I go up maybe 2.5-5 kg a month (so like 5-10lbs)

I see.

Those seem like good gains. I'm gonna have a look at my log and see how much I progressed.
