I have done multiple cycles of the russian squat extended 9 week routine in the past and have managed a 600 pound pull at 181 but now I am wanting to try to take my deadlift to 700. Anyways the russian squat routine is just one day a week for deadlifts with just the "heavy" day which makes the volume just about cut in half compared to the other lifts. So i am thinking this exact concept could be applied to the smolov jr 3 week program and instead of doing this...
Day 1 - 6 x 6 Day 2 - 7 x 5 Day 3 - 8 x 4 Day 4 - 10 x 3
it would be changed to this
day 1 3x6
day 2 3x5 plus 1x4
day 3 4x4
day 4 5x3
plus i would probably just do it 3 days a week making it a 4 week cycle
