Who are some if the slowest fighters in the UFC ?

HW: Mark Hunt but before him Cheick Kongo (retired)

LHW: Thiago Silva, he just seems really slow and plods forward

MW: chris leben (retired) yushin okami

WW: Jake shields

I cant think of man slower LWs, maybe gleison tibau?

HW: Bigfoot
LHW: Probably Glover
MW: Okami
WW: Maia or Shields
LW: No one at 155 or below is really slow. Nate Diaz is probably the slowest relevant fighter.

U thinj glover is slow? He seems heavy footed but his punches and reflexes are pretty fast

Hunt and Bigfoot are FAR from the slowest guys at HW. Watch Lavar Johnson and he probably isn't the slowest either

I think he's definitely the lowest top 10 LHW.

He has good boxing technique and isn't afraid to throw combos in the pocket which gives him a big advantage striking over most people. That said he's pretty slow. Bader had a pretty big speed advantage. Can't think of a ranked LHW that wouldn't. Maybe lil nog?
