Personally I think Slipknot blows don't like them at all Mushroomhead all the way

I never did listen to Slipknot, but I went through a Mushroomhead phase for a little while after hearing them on the Freddy vs Jason soundtrack (which I fucking LOVED back in the day).

So I guess Mushroomhead wins by default.

Man..I would have said Mushroomhead easy on the strength of S/T, Superbuick and M3 but they have been horrible the last 2 albums. I used to be a die-hard growing up in NE Ohio I was a die hard and saw them live so many times over the years. That being said I would go with Slipknot if I had to make the choice. I don't think Mushroomhead has aged well musically
