    I guess I'll start by giving a fundamental idea of the plan. My primary focus is getting to where I can bench 455 x 5, and 500 x 1. On the way I set mini-progression goals. The next one being 295 x 14. Ah, let me just list them:
    295 x 14
    315 x 13
    335 x 12
    350 x 11
    365 x 10
    385 x 9
    405 x 8
    425 x 7
    440 x 6
    455 x 5.

    So until I get that last one, benching is my focus. 2nd highest priority would be push press. I like to clean it from waist level, then press it for reps. The ultimate goal is to take 405, clean or maybe even snatch it from the ground if that's plausibile, then press it 4 more times. (push press or jerk or whatever it takes to get it locked out overhead.)
