Skipping vs running

    Which is better for aerobic exercise as a whole?

    Running is easier to control your heart rate. Skipping improves coordination. Depends

    For aerobic exercise? Either would be acceptable, provided you can maintain your target HR for the desired amount of time. For most people, it's easier to do so whilst running.

    i would do both bro... but i would say running in a city style enviroment with different terrains and obstacles will provide a fun challenge to your conditioning and reflexes!!

    I only do double dutch when I want to do threshold work.
