hey guys just wondering if anyone can help me out with some good exercises to increase leg size/power without reducing flexibility/speed etc...
 
Are you fucking kidding me? SQUAT AND DEADLIFT MOTHER FUCKER!
 
Make sure those squats are all the way to the ground, mix it up with front squats, hack squats, some unilateral stuff like lunges, and all the deadlift variations (stiff leg, conventional, sumo, romanian)... this is all in the stickies right?!?!?!
