Recently looked at some of my old squat videos and noticed my stance used to be much narrower, shoulder width maybe even closer. So I adjusted back to that and have gone back to a simpler 5x5 rep scheme over the past few weeks I've gone from struggling to squat 250 for doubles to hitting 301 paused. So that, plus eating more, seem to be making a big difference.

Only planned to hit 286 paused but it felt so easy I couldn't resist going for double body weight, something I haven't hit paused in years.
