Dont find me rude but you say "back to school". how old are you? i only ask because that much intensive dieting and lifting will not do you any good in the long run if you are particularly young. like 15 or younger?
As some one that's been working on gaining weight for the past 6 years now I know the journey you're on is tough. One thing I will advise you not to follow the same routine for too long. Change it up ever few months othewise your progress will eventually come to a hault.
I had been keeping a training log up until November of 04 when I got lazy with it. Found my logs in January of 06 and realized my bodyfat, weight and strength hadn't changed at all in that time... I hadn't modified my training or diet much at all in the past 2 year period!
This month I started implementing the new things I've learned and completely overhauled everything. In 9 days I'm up 4lbs with no increase in bodyfat % and people have begun to pay me complements on how buff I'm looking. It's nice to be making progress again.
