Sizing info on wrestling kneepads

I'm looking at these kneepads. Can anyone give me some info as to how to read the sizes and what they mean to an idiot like me?

You just take a measuring tape and measure the circumference of your knee. Then pick a size based on this. If you don't have tape you can use a piece of string to get the circumference, then use a ruler to measure the string.
