Size questions

Hey guys,
I finally need some new gear and after reading through the site had settled on buying all the new gear I need from Ring to Cage.
I was wondering how ever, about a size guide. I wear Punchtown Karpal 2's in a Large, I was also curious about sizing for the knee and elbow pads if anyone has any experience?

Best thing to do if you are unsure of the size is call and speak to Moshin. He is very easy to talk to and will steer you in the right direction. If you get the voicemail....leave a message and he will get back to you. Very good choice in going with his gear.
