Sit ups or Polates

I've been doing alot of core work recently where I'm doing about 20mins of Polates every day. It really does burn the abs etc alot so I got thinking, why would I need to do abs during weights days if I'm doing Polates? what you guys reckon?

If you are training them twice on weight days now without a bad reaction, keep it up.. it's really tough to overtrain abs, and you'll be better for it.
 
That sounds like good advice, damn, I was just looking for an exuse to slack on weight training days lol!
 
Every muscle needs a recovery period.
