Ok so ive been on YouTube with no luck. I know the basic idea of a sit out and I know it works when the guy has double unders in turtle/sprawl sort of position but not sure of specifics. And it shows because I can never friggin hit them...

Also with the added switch of the legs going into the back take at the end if that's what it's called?

    Is there any good videos?

Anyone on here got any tips?

    Thanks in advance

There are multiple versions of a sit out. Hard to say really. Long sit, short sit, crowd series, a lot of different techniques. The switch you are talking about of is essentially more of it's own move rather than a finish to a sit as well.

If you're talking about a switch when the guy is sprawled on you, big nog does it very well. Watch big nog vs sapp, zuluzinho, mir 2, sylvia, he hits it in most of his fights.

My suggestion is to hit up Kris or Boyd, or one of the other CACC experts. They run countless hours of sit out drills.
