Single Leg Defense to flying triangle sub ??

    Huh??? He did this three times as a single leg defense.. I guess this is his bread and butter.. Has anyone else ever drilled a flying triangle as a single leg defense?

    Just wow, beautiful defense.

    Only thing, I would be a little afraid of being slammed in jumping this way.

    yeah, he baited all these guys to get the single leg...I don't think I can get the confidence to bait my opponent to grab my leg in a touney....

    in the first video especially, that's what you get for not even attempting to do anything with the leg and not working with it or following through. it's like throwing a lazy jab out there and thinking you're not going to get exposed for that.

    he does have beautiful setup for that.

    I use this set up a lot, mine don't look as nice as his though. When someone snatches a single just move your leg to the outside of their body and then jump for the triangle, its actually pretty easy.

    You can also do it if he's a bit lower by rolling over the same shoulder as the leg he's grabbing. Breaks his grip and you roll right into triangling the guy.
