the guy also has a MA background, bothered to check his profile, you stick all three into a workout and also do some training a couple of times a week you'll destroy yourself at a rate of knots. I've tried a lot of really stupid workout programs before I was saved by sherdog and know what it feels like to overtrain weights and still try and do MT three times a week, not good.Sean S said:Well if you do it correctly, supposidly it works.
