I think DC hit Silva with some pretty good shots.

That being said I'm 99% sure his game plan was to dirty box the hell out of Jones for 5 rounds which would be stupid vs Silva.

People are being biased, DC was cracking him on the feet. The main thing Silva landed was a body kick that hurt DC. But DC was landing way more than people are giving credit for. It was close

Anderson landed some good shots, the body kick in particular, but Comier landed some hard shots that wobbled Anderson a little too.

I think Anderson gave a good showing tonight, all things considered.

Cormier landed a few hard punches on the feet and some leg kicks iirc. Anderson landed some punches, possibly a solid knee, and a liver kick at the end of the fight that seemed to hurt DC. I'd give the striking edge to Anderson since that 3rd round liver kick seemed to be the most significant strike of the fight.

16-15 in significant strikes on the feet to Silva. Would have been interesting if there was two more rounds.

Yeah DC landed a few really solid punches, one I was surprised didn't knock Anderson down. But credit to Silva his chin held up quite well. Silva landed some good shots and was stalking Cormier a couple of times. The body kick by Silva seemed to be the most significant strike for either fighter.
