i hate eating fish tbh even tho i love fishing was told shell fish though has even better nutritents so curious about what you guys think about shrimp? i have lots of frozen shrimp i could eat shrimp 3 times a week easily about a pound a day lol.

so curious if by eating grilled or boiled shrimp will alone be enough omega fatty acids instead of having to go take the supps?

Doubtful. Shellfish and crustaceans are pretty low fat food items in general, so relying on them for omega-3 intake probably won't cut it. I'm all for getting micro nutrients from whole food sources but if you really hate the foods that contain them in large amounts you'll have to supplement.

I eat mussels a few times a week since they're pretty nutrient dense, but they don't really contain any beneficial fats.
