Shouldn't Anti-doping tests prevent cheaters from fighting while on PED's?

What's the point of all these tests if the juiced guy gets to fight? That makes zero sense to me.
Test the damn samples before the fight happens. Protect the fighter on the other end from getting seriously injured from the juice head.

In theory I Agee 100%. I think the problem is that some of the test are very sophisticated and take some time to complete. With Lesnar he had passed some earlier tests (that the results were in before the fight) but the later test is what got him.

Agree 100%. It's insane that clean fighters are getting locked in the cage with guys who are juiced to the gills. I dont understand how/why this is allowed to happen. Horribly unjust and highly dangerous.

All data should be in before the fight in my opinion but I still think they knew about Brock before the fight but that is just my opinion.

Its like when they test them right before and after the fight lol the results don't come back until after the fight happened how stupid

PPVs need to be sold. I don't see how that's not obvious.

I think they try to when they can, but perhaps the final samples take longer to process.

The important thing is to keep catching them, whether before or after the fight. The usada has applied a chokehold on the fighters and the message is the party is over, so they better start cleaning up their act quick.

USADA tests take a while. This is a federal national organization. They handle all types of dope so there is a queue. They're not going to drop everything and test Brock's sample instead of a cyclists, boxers or weightlifter just because it's an UFC fight.

If the sample is taken, the results will come out and the consequences occur.

This happens with every sport, including the Olympics. You might as well demand that all athletes at the Olympics which are global, get tested the day before the event and instantly get results.

Homie.

USADA was created by Congress.

They busted a dude more famous than Brock. Lance Armstrong. While his federation was protecting him for a decade of the most sophisticated cynical roiding ever.

Oh and they busted Jones. You know, the headliner.

God, these idiots try and be cynical and just come out dumbass.

See my post about there being a queue and this being a fucking federal agency and not some random shop chosen by the UFC.

Look out people, OP hates watching fights.

Clean fighters shouldnt be getting locked in the cage with juiced fighters just for PPVs. It's dangerous. It shouldnt be that way, and a clean sport would still sell PPVs.

Ok so nobody can get their pockets padded that is why elections are not corrupt or campaigning. Attention everyone their is breaking news their is no longer any corruption anywhere in the world we have an expert here. Not one single fighter should be allowed to fight unless he has at least one test result within eleven days of the fight because that is how long it takes to pass a test and that is my opinion I don't need you to tell me who is doing what I am well aware. Plus it only takes a long time if they find something in it because they test test and test so no lawsuits can be brought against them. A clean drug screen result comes back rather quickly know it all.

Is that why Jones was flagged just days before the fight? Yhat sure was great publicity and didn't drag PPV's down at all.

Should be clear now that there's around a 3 week lead time with these tests. USADA tests a shitload of athletes. Not just the UFC. Remember that
