well guys.. i went ice skating about 2/3months ago(yea i know sad!) but the missus made me as it was her mums Birthday!
Anyway.. fell over and landed on my shoulder... and its fine lifting weights and so on.. but when i spare or train.. like hooks or so on it hurst..
tends to be when i move it around so i am guessing its the rotary cuffs i have injured.... i am carrying on sparing and training.. but what can i do to strengthen or make then heal quicker!
I know rest is the best form but just getting into a nice rythem training and dont want to stop it!
