Anyone have any good advice on how to fix a screwed up shoulder? Every now and then if I "over-exert" myself my shoulder gets a sharp pain in the rear deltoid area, I'm guessing its the rotator cuff, it feels like my shoulder almost dislocates. My shoulder has dislocated before so they aren't in the best shape, I'm getting tired of it, it makes training literally a PAIN.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

But really, we've had a lot of great threads on the subject, and they contain links to plenty of prehab and rehab oriented exercises for the shoulders.

I have the same problem - my body is riddled with arthritis from years of heavy lifting - maybe some relatively light upright rows might not do any harm, but get that shit checked out asap...I had a "strain" in my lumbar spine (so the Dr. said) and it turned out to be two ruptured discs - best of luck.
