Okay, I think I might've injured my shoulder. During a TD attempt I felt/heard a weird tearing/stretching noise, like you would grind 2 rocks together loudly. It's very sore now and there is no power in it. Should I see a doctor or just wait a few days and see if it gets better? I'm really bumped out and hope it's nothing serious, I don't want to be unable to train for weeks or so.
