What's up Sherdog, first post so bear with me lol.

Anyways, I have a shoulder injury. Not too sure how severe it is. Looking to schedule an appointment this upcoming week.

But anyways, I'm being told it might be Cartilage Damage in my shoulder. It's making a popping sound everytime I throw the motion of a punch. When I circle my arm, it sounds as if it were a grinding noise.

Just wondering if it I Cartilge Damage, does that mean Bjj and stand up are done at a competitive level?

    Thanks for the responses

I doubt it would be over, it may require surgery, or a rehab period, or epidural injections...

But many people have come back from worse.

Just look at Braulio Estima's nasty herniated disc. That should end your career, but he went on to win the ADCC super fight and looks better than ever.

If it doesn't sublax then try to avoid surgery.
