Shoulder(Blade) injury. Anyone experience this. advice?

So a couple weeks back I got inverted triangled. It pulled my shoulder in a funny way. I didn't think too much of it and kept rolling/ training and lifting semi heavy weights. 3-4 days later my neck/back is aching bad and I cant even do one push and normally I can bang out 30 no problem.

I have full range of motion and about 70% power in my arm but every time I try to do a pushup my arm/shoulder completely gives out going down and up. My doctor sucks. I went to him and he said just lay off of it for 7-10 days w/ ice and thats it. Its been 2 weeks and nothing has changed. Im thinking it might be a shoulder blade muscle tear and radiated to the base of my neck. has anyone experienced this? Advice? i need to get back to training ASAP. so frustrating:icon_sad:
