Should we be worried about the court battles starting tomorrow?

And here are judges tossing these challenges because there’s no evidence.

PA:
To compel Philadelphia election officials to stop counting ballots.
A federal judge dismissed the request.

NV:
1. To impose an injunction on the automated signature-verification machines used in Clark County as ballots continue to be counted.
A federal judge rejected the request on Nov. 6, ruling that federal judges should not be involved in state election administration and there is no evidence Clark County is doing anything unlawful.
2. To compel state election officials to allow the public closer observation at a Clark County ballot-counting facility.
A district judge rejected the lawsuit, ruling they lacked standing to bring the claims and had no evidence to back up their arguments.

MI:
1. To halt the counting of absentee ballots, on the grounds that campaign officials had not been given access to observe the process as required by state law.
Michigan Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens denied the campaign’s request on Nov. 6.
2. To halt the certification of election results in Detroit, Michigan’s largest city and a Democratic stronghold.
Judge Timothy Kenny denied the motion for injunctive relief on Nov. 6, saying there was no evidence that oversight procedures had not been followed.

GA:
To disqualify about 53 ballots.
A Superior Court judge in Chatham County rejected the suit on Nov. 5 after hearing testimony from county officials that the ballots had, in fact, arrived on time. “There is no evidence that the ballots referenced in the petition were received after 7:00 p.m. on Election Day,” the court found.
It's pretty ironic that the guy who's launching lawsuits trying to hurt his opponent's vote count with zero evidence is also the guy flagging election fraud.

No. Even if it doesn't change the results, they should still try to uncover any fraud or unintentional errors so they don't happen in future elections. Even if the error rate among mail ballots was by far the lowest in history and was only 1 or 2%, which is preposterous, that's still a million votes, and depending on where they are, that's more than the margin of winning.

I think we need investigations of the bullshit that happened in during this election over the past two months. Things such as intentionally sabotaging the USPS to effect ballots being delivered on time, calling for your supporters to vote twice, trying to invalidate legal votes should all be viewed as great crimes against the country. No American should be happy that one side tried to steal this election. I hope the courts hold those responsible for these sort of crimes responsible.

If you're a Trump fan who thinks this is going to discover anything then yes you should be worried, because this is going to get laughed at and thrown out in court.

Because there was no true crime or offense.

You are not at all being particular. I don't think you are even aware of what he was accused of and what was presented.

Sounds almost like (attempted) election fraud. Trump would never do that though. He has too much integrity. Only Biden would be capable of something like this. You know, because Hunter and laptops....China, socialists, corrupt and some other stuff. Definitely need to lock him up.

Right, because the impeachment hearing was an obscure event that no one watched.

Trump has shown himself to be nothing but a beacon of virtue. Stealing from his own charity, fake university, failure to pay contractors, paying porn stars so that he can cheat, hanging out with the most notorious pedophile, failing to condemn white nationalist. I completely understand what the Christian right sees in him

Unless they can show fraud on a very large scale, nothing is going to happen, at that is exactly what is going to happen.

Biden is the President elect.

Right, because the impeachment hearing was an obscure event that no one watched.

Then why are you unable to articulate why the evidence didn't support the claims? I don't think you ever followed it or looked into and just wrote it off as partisan accusations.

Go on thinking you're one of the rare few who watched the impeachment and hearings in the senate, then.

It's gonna happen...

Just yesterday Donald graciously stepped aside and let his right hand man take point during a special event where his campaign was patronizing a small business. Donald humbly stayed out of the limelight, instead opting to inspect the operations of one of the many wildly successful business ventures under the Trump umbrella.

The whole thing and why you believe it was all a non-issue.
I'm not breaking down the whole impeachment process here for you. How absurd.
Quid Pro Quo, obstruction of justice etc. None of which was proven. I'm not writing an essay for you.
