23 year olds
Got bloodwork done and my free test is at 41
My total Test is 385
My doc said the normal range for total test is 250-1100. But for my age i feel like i should be in the 600s. I have taken oral steroids in the past when i was 20/21 but used a proper pct

That shouldn't be enough to affect natural test production, should it?

age 41, hell yes you should be on trt regardless, but with those numbers, damn you must feel like a total pile of shit. you will feel like a million bucks

Insist your doctor takes this more seriously. I've had symptoms for 2 years now and have just turned 28. 6 months ago I measured 11nmol/l which is about 317ng/dl total test, and was totally fobbed off by a private endocrinologist who said that was well within normal ranges, offered me viagra then charged me £240.

I dieted hard and did cardio for 3 months, lost 2 stone and got to the majorly unimpressive numbers of 15nmol/l (420ish ng/dl) but still felt crap and blood tests showed even though total T had gone up my SHBG and albumin levels went through the roof, so free test was abysmal (0.208nmol/l)

If the art of manliness link above is anything to go by I'm at 80 year old levels in my 20s and unfortunately the NHS are still not doing a thing.

I've had to take things into my own hands now while I wait on the NHS as I am unwilling to carry on floating through life feeling like a lethargic old man, I wouldn't recommend this unless you have no other options though.

You are only 23 yes, but the concern is having to be on a medication for the rest of your life and the longer a medication is used the greater the risk for any negative effects, and also if you wish to have children down the road, that could be a concern.
