Not really a serious idea...I know they'll put Paddy up against a bigger name in his next fight. But I think Gordon would be tougher than anyone Paddy has fought since their first match. On the other hand, Gordon is 36 and will soon go the way of Chandler, Green and Tony. Father Time isn't nice.

Paddy seems to have evolved, especially with his defense and fight-IQ.

Paddy also broke his foot in the first round, I guess he would perform slightly better healthy.

Gordon is pretty good.

I agree. Paddy is better and improving. Gordon is good but only getting older. I think Paddy wins and lot more convincingly if it happens again. But styles can make fights and maybe Gordon could challenge Paddy more than his 3 last opponents did.

I think Paddy would play the distance game better in a rematch, using a lot of kicks and jabs, not just run in the pocket to eat left hooks.

Paddy is onto bigger things no reason for him to look 2 fights into the rearview with a guy who hasn't helped his stock since their controversial decision.

Agree Paddy should move on but how did Gordon’s stock not just go up?

Paddy won by robbery, and it was a pretty sus robbery that kinda seemed like protecting the cash cow, but I don't approve of rematches, and each has more appropriate opponents based on their recent records

As usual, we need less Ultimate Rematch Championship, not more

I believe Paddy is 100% a better fighter now than he was then. However, if I was him, I'd want to do that one again for sure.

Did Khabib avenge his controversial "win" over Tibau?

I ask for a friend

Paddy has improved leaps and bounds since that Gordon fight. I don’t think a rematch would be close.

yeah unfortunately the UFC will pretend it never happened or that it was a clear win for paddy. it sadly doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. gordon would need quite the winning streak to get to where paddy is at

I remember a pretty egregious robbery, I gotta go back and see how bad it was. If I remember correctly paddy kept running into the check left hook, with a few adjustments I think he takes the rematch pretty easily. Credit where credit is due I think that fight was a wake up call for him and he really stepped his game up from it.

No, but not too late if Khabib wants to return to MMA....Tibau was last seen in "Warriors Night MMA 1" last September...still going (in small orgs) at age 41, lol.
