Jens Pulver made the lightweight division relevant (before anyone really cared about lightweights) by upsetting "the Prodigy" BJ Penn.

borderline, but he's such a cool dude I would say yes

That would be fair and deserved. But then again, the UFC Hall of Fame doesn't really mean much. Whatever.

I liked his fight vs Gomi, beautiful starching.

I gotta say no, fun fighter, good guy, just not good enough.

Yes , first ufc lw champion, pioneered the lighter weight classes & fought so my monsters many of whom outweighed him

If the Hall of Fame actually had some sort of criteria then he probably wouldn't pass it.

I guess so, he was the original Lightweight.

Pity his career went down so quickly, but still - he deserves his credit.

Would love to see the Little Eagle soar into the hall

No and I love Jens and basically anything that is Miletich Fighting System.

Fuck yeah. They have a pioneer wing or whatever. He definitely deserves to be there.

Yeah, he was the first 55er who was well-known and dominant. Gotta get him in there. He's a legend.

One of the first events I really got hyped for ended in him getting starched by Lauzon. I remember them saying he never had a chance.. became a fan for life after that. Both great fighters.

Literally no one knows him, and he isn't famous. So obviously no.

I'm not sure. And I feel very strongly about that.

It's why I posted, my ambivalence is overwhelming.

Well I'm pretty sure he's the guy that does those Shamwow commercials,

So yeah, he is famous.
